I have a sick fish and the meds say to treat him every 30 minutes. Is that with the game speed set to normal? If I set the game to fast do I need to do it more often? If so, how often?

It doesn't really matter how long you wait on any game speed. I always just keep putting the med in the tank until the fish is better, and I've never had a problem with my fish.
