I enjoy the challenge of making villagers esteemed elders so I can get totems, but the current ones the game has are really an ugly eyesore to me. Are there any mods out there that offer an alternative for me? I've tried looking for some linked here, but the only one I've located so far are one that makes them look like snowmen and then the see through one, which isn't quite what I want. Thanks ahead of time.

Well, I use Village_Monk's Easter Mod. The totems are nice and prettyful. His mods are in the 6th post down in the thread Game mods.

Ive never seen the ones tht look like snow man cool post a pic so i can see what they look like if u dont mind happy holidays

I don't remember for sure where I ran across the snowman one. It was when I was scouring the net searching for different mods.

Thanks for the Easter mod suggestion! I did like one of the recolorings so I ended up copying and pasting that particular totem. I ended up doing some recoloring and minor modifications myself, but I'm nowhere near talented enough to make a brand new totem design from scratch.

One of the totem designs I particularly loathed, so I took a totem that I liked better and was close to it in size and pasted it over the hated totem, then did some minor coloring so that it "fit" right over it. So over all I think I'm pretty satisfied and no longer hide my totems in some obscure corner.

Well I am happy to read u found a totem and u were able to recolor it. I have never seen the snow man one though. Well have a good one and i like ur totems

Very pretty Tralah! I love the blue & red one, and the 3rd in. I really don't like the skinny brown totum, it looks to plain, like the Elder didn't do quite as well as the other Elders.

The skinny brown one is actually one of my favorites ironically enough! I think it looks more reminiscent of the real world wooden totems than any of the others. I'm glad some of you liked the recoloring/minor touch ups.
