It always takes forever for a nursing mother to stop nursing. I need the time she's wasting to help her skills. Use spoilers I don't care if you do. Can anyone help?

A mom will nurse for 2 years of game time, and there is no way to change that. The faster game speeds will shorten the real-time duration (actual clock minutes), but it will still be 2 years of game time.

I try to not make babies until I'm sure that I will be fine with one less person working. On 2X Speed, 2 years is 2 hrs. On normal, it's 4 hrs, and on 1/2 speed, it's 8 hrs. At least, I'm pretty sure
