I have a villager who I can't get to work unless I throw her at the research table. All she does is "relax" on the beach until one of the other scientists comes over to complain. She will get up and walk over to the research table, stand there doing nothing, then walk back over to relax on the beach. What makes it even funnier is that she dislikes the sunlight.
