I don't think anyone will ever realize how important it is to back up game files, especially in Plant Tycoon, as much as I have today.

I backed up my files including VST's just yesterday and I was wondering to myself if I wasn't backing up too much. Well, today I made a fatal error. I had Plant Tycoon minimized and went to do something, when I came back I was parousing my printed copy of my breeding chart deciding what to plant next. Several minutes passed while I was doing this. Not thinking AT ALL...I opened the VST and started moving seeds. I saved my changes and then went to open Plant Tycoon. It didn't open, that's when I realized it was minimized. When I clicked on it the screen popped up and everything looked normal. Then I went to the seed tray to get the seeds I was going to plant and they were not there. I closed the game went back to the VST and all my seeds were gone. I was shocked, devastated and ready to panic-until I realized that I had just backed up my files including VST's yesterday. Oh Man am I Thankful (1488 real hours played and hundreds of seeds)!!!!!

I can't imagine how I would have gotten all those seeds back without a backup copy. The moral of the story is BACK UP YOUR FILES and remember to be Thankful for the smallest of things, too. Happy Thanksgiving

yeah, I almost had a panic attack. I'm glad, I took a deep breath, and a moment to think.
