OK. DW asked me this question about how do you make images see-through. Well here's how.

It's very simple. Open the image of your choice in PSP and then click on the rubber. Change the Opacity lower. Then rub the image out VERY carefully (not so it's invisible!) and there you go. You now know how to change an image's opacity.

There is an open-source (that is, free) image editor called The Gimp. It's quite a lot different from most other image editors so people might find it difficult to use. Make sure you also download the User Manual (and read it!). It is the only free (or even cheap) editor I know of that can save files with the correct opacity settings.
