You don't have to DELETE the original images at all. First, Backup the original images (copy the folder 'Images' and paste it somewhere safe. Now download the mod, and extract the images to Program Files/Plant Tycoon/Images. Click 'Yes to all'. This MAY be different on a mac and depending on where you got your game from. Now, open Plant Tycoon. Sit back, and enjoy!
