I just tried to do a little pruning on a Tahitian and a Venus plant with my Isola pruning shears.

On the Tahitian, one tiny snip on a small petal near the top made a huge clump of the plant fall off.

On the Venus Rare Oak, I made one little snip on a tiny flower petal at the top, and the whole plant faded away and disappeared, leaving just the seed pod showing.

Is this perhaps some strange reaction to my VST mess up where I lost a different numbered game?

Or maybe the rarest plants don't need to be pruned? They did look like it would help.

Has anyone else had this happen? I'm nervous to prune anything else now.
