I figured red good / yellow bad.. LOL so wrong.. I drank red a few times got master doctor and then WHAM.. vapor.. made my entire viallge sick and i had to run around healing 30+ people.. no fun.. ooh

If finding the bad one was lucky, then I was because I only had the original 6 when I opened the phial and I had an Adept Doctor who was doing reserch but got called in for the Emergency!

The yellow was actually ok. Not that great for me. But all the red I've had so far has been bad. Poor villagers.

I can add to this. I was tempted and let her drink the vial and then gave in to temtation. Vapor went all over the village and I now have 70 sick villagers.

The person who drank the vial was unaffected I have had to quickly train her in medicine and then try and cure the other Doctors in the village so as to cure the rest.

Will let you know what happens.

So far it is pretty slow going. I expect great losses.

What annoys me about the game is sometimes they just stand around. I mean a Doctor knowing people are sick would go cure them all but I find they do 1 or 2 and then stand around, exercise, swim etc.

Have to micromanage the whole thing.

The liquid in the red Phial became a kind of antibody to the poison in the phial. Everyone else got sick, but she was immune to the effects of it. It gave me time to run around and heal people of the illness.
