Can anyone please show me how to do the signature thing in an easy to understand way,as im a complete novice but want to have a go at it....

To change your signature, you need to edit your forum profile. Click on the My Stuff link at the top of the page and select My Profile. Scroll down to the signature area and enter the information that you want to be displayed. If you want to include an image, you can see this post and use the information about linking to a picture. Let us know if that's not clear enough.

And just copy the immage code of the pic you want and paste it into the my signature box.
Here is a visual of what you will see under the My Stuff thing:

i just used tinypic.com to upload a pic and put it in my sig!
just remember to use the [img] and just hit copy then go to your profile and go to sig and hit paste ! then it should be there

I think I have put my question wrong...
its the whole signature format,ubb code etc...
sorry to appear so dim...but with you help Im sure it will all make sense soon...

You can shrink it in paint and then put it in your signayure...BTW It is beautiful!

It's very cool but quite big, I'll shrink it for you.
