you need most of the puzzles completed and i think L3 in most things and then put a nursing mom in the lagoon and presto the GC is born !! it has been a while since i played it , if i answered anything wrong , someone please correct me \:\?

Just to clarify on what Tmac said i have copied it from the VV1 Guides \:D

Puzzle 13 is the birth of the Golden Child and requires the completion of the idol, the lagoon, and Level 3 in Fertility. You will need to take a nursing mom to the lagoon.
