I am trying to change my password and according to the instructions
You may change your password any time. On the Forum Navigation island, click "Edit Profile". Edit the Password and Verify Password fields and then click "Submit" to save the information. (Keep in mind that passwords are case-sensitive.)

Ummm where is the navigation island?

Up at the top of the page, under the big picture that says FORUMS. The second line of clickable things. Look for "My Stuff" Click on that, and you will get a drop-down menu. Click on "My Profile" in that menu.
