I have 70+ villagers, all the tech things purchased, several million tech. points, and several hundred thousand food. What now? Is this it, the end of the game? Thanks.

You can get to at least 90 villagers, for starters. Then you could find all the collectibles, get a least 50 Esteemed Elders .. There have been several posts in the same vein in the forum and the replies give plenty of other suggestions.

I've had 90 villagers, I haven't collected all of the collectibles because, well, with nothing else happening, it is boring. I have nothing else to build, parenting takes to long, and so does becoming a master doctor. How can I get more esteemed elders? Will anything else happen, either after elders or all collectibles? I am very disappointed if this is it. Thanks.

I will give you a hint, 90 villagers is not the max population. You didn't mark this a spoiler, so I can not tell you anymore.
There is also a way to make parenting skills climb really fast. But again, I can not tell you on here.
