So far in the last five days, I have had the flash flood five times, and the west wind twice. How often can one have the same event in a series? Does one's game get "stuck" on the same event? Or is it just coincidence?

It's just coincidence, I think! I had "the Parrot Mother" 4 or 5 times in a few days and also with "The Celebration"!!
