Hello, I have problems with my activation code. I (or rather: my father) purchased VV1-5 yesterday (for me), and none of the codes sent by Plimus seem to work - I always get the message

The name/key you entered does not appear to be valid. Please try again.

I think I know what the problem is, but I'm not sure about it - my father has a French name with the letter ç in it, and I think this is messing things up a bit.
Or do I need to wait longer until it will work? (It seems odd to me that the trial version doesn't ask for permission to connect to the internet to check on codes, but I've still made sure that my firewall doesn't block it)

You are correct. Our activation generator does not accept special characters like the letter ç.

I can certainly assist you, however, since this is private information, I would like to request that you send me a Support Form so that I can locate your father's purchase information and assist you with this issue. Please note I will need his name/his email address as it appears on the order.

I have the same problem. There's "ł" in my last name and I think that's the reason activation code is not working.

Can someone help me?
