Has anyone else having problem collecting the bugs? because i've been through 4 families now and only got 5 bugs in collection and havent seen any since the start of game.

I had a pretty good collection of bugs, then had an event where I was offered a lot of money for my collections. I sold 'em, and haven't had any luck with collecting insects since. I have nearly all the coins and leaves, but only two bugs.

ya me too.. im on my first generation... i have 6kids.. 2 kids are on their college...

I have four families and they all have horrid luck with bugs. Some of the other collections are almost finished, but the bug collection is stuck at 2, 2, 2, and 3. That is kind of odd. Of course, they do only show up when it rains... but they hardly ever show up during rain, either. Plus in one family I keep getting the ladybug. I swear it must have shown up ten times now.

I really don't get any bugs. I only have 4 or less bugs in each collection. Maybe the bugs should show up in the rain and at night?

I have only found 3 total (between all of my families) - so yeah - hard to come by!

Found the grasshopper, cennipede (sp?) and ladybug.

I have 6 insects so far. Some are hard to see. Look hard and close.

I don't have any luck finding bugs either. I think the maximum I have in a family is 3 now (the grasshopper, the ladybug and the caterpillar). I think the main problem with bugs is that most of them are super hard to see (like the grasshopper), so you have to start looking very carefully for them when it starts raining.

The best I've ever managed is five (twice), and one of those is a family on its third generation with both the picture pieces and coin collections completed. The nuts and twigs are at ten.

I have 5 but I think I got 3 or 4 of those on day 1. Pretty much repeats of those same ones ever since. I have the 4 common ones and a snail.
