Wen I got 40 ppl I reached my max population can it go any higher than tht? If so how?

I'm guessing that you're playing the iPhone version of VV2, so I've moved this topic to that forum section. The population maximum for the iOS version is 40. The desktop versions allow a population more than double that number.

No, because changing it would cause problems with existing savegame files.
