I am on level two of: Farmning, Engineering, Medicine, Science and Exploration. And I'm still on level one of Culture. Which Tech would be better to do next.

Id go for farming, get that algea out of the way and get good stores of food. then concetrate on everything else, cant get any of that if their starving. Then get second level culture, get things even
