The Technical Issues forum is for reporting and discussing technical issues and problems with LDW games. If you need help with playing a game, please see the discussion forum for that game in the Games Section of the forums.

Our primary channel for support is, as always, through the Support FAQ on our main Web site. There are many solutions to common problems there, and you may find that the answer to your technical issue is already contained within the FAQ.

If you cannot find the answer to your question or the solution to a problem that you're experiencing with your game, feel free to post the question here. We will try to provide excellent support through the forums here, and the advantage is that you may very well find more clever solutions to certain technical issues than we have ever thought of! It has happened in the past and it will continue to happen, and this is a testament to our very talented community.

When posting your problem or question, it always makes sense to be as specific as possible and include: 1) The specific game that you are talking about, along with the version number (usually found on the game's menu screen). 2) The platform you are running on (Windows, Mac, Palm OS, or Pocket PC). 3) The exact hardware you are using. 4) Any error messages that you receive. 5) The exact symptoms that you are encountering, and any other details that you can think of.
