I heard on Reddit that the ghost girl that comes into the house sometimes is looking for a doll toy. I heard it was at an old lake and my character has to go to it and find it. If so, how do i get to the old lake?

without spoiling anything.. you will eventually find it through a series of random events. no way to say how long it will take but if you have the money(or dont mind spending) you can buy random event chances to maybe try to speed up things

While the backstory is told through a series of events, there is more to it than just waiting for the right event. Another (hopefully vague enough) hint...

Well collectibles are glitched for some people

Please try the suggestions I mentioned in this thread to see if they help. If those tips don't help you (and others), it would be tremendously useful if you could provide more information about those glitches. Posting some screenshots of the glitchy collectibles would also help. We often can't fix bugs that we can't reproduce, since we need to be able to make it happen in order debug the code.

Thanks guys. I am going through the series of events such as the ghost girl coming over, weird phone calls, etc.

I've had the event where the doll toy was found and (supposedly) placed on the collectibles shelf, but I can't see it among the collectibles and the ghost girl has been to the shelf at least 5 times since and stillhasn't found the doll. I'm on my 10th generation too, so this probably should have been done by now.

Also, love the new snowy background. But for some reason it works fine with my flower beds and looks weird where I have grass lawn (the edges of snow suddenly cut off etc.)
