The ad for Coin Dozer put about 15 open tabs in my Google browser on my tablet. Maybe more as even as I was trying to close them, it seemed like more and more kept popping open.

I would get rid of that ad if I were you as it is going to make your players unhappy.

Simsane, the best way to get us the information we need to pull this ad is to contact us through the game, (you didn't mention which game it is, but I'll assume it's VVO2) with the following information.

- If this has happened previously
- That you are in the US
- As much information as you recall about the ad (the name, how long it was, what happened when you tapped the x to leave the ad, etc) and what happened with your tabs.

Ok, Xay. If it happens again, I will try to remember that. Yes, I am playing VVO2 and yes, I live in the U.S.

Oh, and the name of the ad is Coin Dozer as I stated in my first post.

I've got the same problem as Simsane. The add is for "Libertex online" app and now will not close (there's no x to tap to close it, there's only a replay button). Seems the only way I could close it is to install the app, which I'm reluctant to do. I don't live in US, I'm from Europe.

What can I do to get rid of it? Have tried closing and re-entering the game, but the only thing that does is get me back to the add. I can't play at all.

Hi Juniper!

When you closed the game, did you completely close the game, or just exit out of it? Assuming you're on Android, try the following and let me know if it works:

To completely close apps on your Android device, follow the steps below.

-Open the Settings app.

-Scroll until you see “Apps" or "Applications” and tap it.

-Tap on the Running tab.

-Scroll (if necessary) to find each app you want to close and tap it.

-Tap "Stop" or "Force stop".

Hi! I was not on Android, but on iOS. After about 2 hrs of not being able to enter the game, the add luckily reset and I was able to play normally again.

I'm glad, Juniper. The same would apply for iOS, except the steps to force close the game are as follows:

Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see previews of your recently used apps.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.

You might even try to clear Safari's cache, which could help. Instructions can be found here:

After visiting the ads I expected to get $150.00. However, after reaching $10.000, clicking the ads only pays $1,50.

Hi Swedane! We're sorry to hear that this has happened in your game. We recommend that you write customer support as they can provide the best advice - please email them at support@ldw.zendesk.com and they'll work with you to resolve this.
