It might also be helpful to mention that these forums are not the primary (or preferred) support channel for LDW games. They have always been intended for players to discuss our games, provide feedback and suggestions, and help each other with game play.

Although it certainly can be useful to give other players here a heads up about a problem someone has encountered, an issue with any of our games needs to be reported by the person who experienced the issue using the official support mechanism we provide in the game, as Kathy mentioned above. That's the only way to be sure that the engineering team (the people who can actually investigate and fix the problem) will get the information they need to work on the problem.

My crate came a couple days ago, but my game froze. I had to restart my game & the crate was gone. Will I get another one?? I wasn't able to collect the 1st one.

This happened to me also. I thought it was just me. I'll have to follow up with support to see if they can help.
