Is this a bug...there are 2 heathen master. (I.e. 2 master farmer) the problem when I completed the farm only1 was converted.

I started a new game and still I got 2 purple mask heathen doctor, 2 heathen master scientist, 2 heathen master farmer and 2heathen master builder.....

I'd like to ask you a few questions about the doubles so we can better understand what could be happening.

Did you have any events that you remember affecting anyone?
When did you first notice that you had doubles?
Any other information that you think could help would be very much appreciated.

Q# 1: no there is no events that I encounter that might affect the game
Q# 2: at the beginning of the game after choosing the 5 villagers. Initially I thought its part of the game because for the sick heathen both were healed and are converted. However when I completed the farm only one master farmer was converted.

I'm not sure if it has something to do with the villagers I choose...because when start over again I choose 2 female age 14, 11 yrs old male, 6 year old female and 18 yr old pregnant when I started the game there where 2 heathens. I tried that 3 times. On the 4th time but when I choose 1male and 1 female 14 yrs old , only 1 heathen appeared.

I'm very sorry it's taken a bit of time to get back with you! The villagers you chose shouldn't have an affect on the heathens that are generated, but thank you for that information. We haven't tracked down what causes this, however, please let us know if it starts to interfere with your game play to a significant extent.
