In Virtual Families 2, are there any differences at all among the four grills in the store besides their appearances and prices? And will my people be able to use them all no matter which one I choose? And what are they able to do with it? Do they stand there and cook? Are they able to eat the food afterwards?

Thanks.

I think they're all the same functionally. Yes, the peeps stand there and cook. You can drag a peep to the BBQ and they might decide that's what they want to do. The food isn't eaten in the same way the dinner table food is eaten, but they have fun grilling burgers and seafood. There is a game event that shows up that starts a BBQ party and I'm willing to bet it only shows up when you have a BBQ.

I think the food stock in the fridge does go down by a small amount each time a peep eats food cooked on the barbecue. I'd imagine their 'fed meter' goes up by a similar small amount, but I've not noticed. Another thing is that only adults and teens can cook on the BBQ if they are dropped on it. Kids will shake their heads. At the BBQ party event mentioned by Aviatrix above, though, they'll all join in.
