I love this family! The hair is beautiful! I meant to choose Beta (rainbow girl) to start the next family, but I made a mistake! I DID end up getting the girl with the purple hair though...and the "skunk" hair! smile

An (A) next to a member denotes adoption.

FYI: Diskette works in the office and Fulcrum works in the workshop! Perfect!

I was going to say the same thing! I have 3 games going and I keep getting boys. Even adoption wise, I keep getting boys. I've only gotten 5-6 girls altogether.

Even the generation before this one had girls...2 of them! One adopted and one natural. It's really cute when they have a giggle party!

I'm on my 5th generation. The triplets have gone on to college. Penelope is the only one left at home. She's 14 so it will still be a few years before she leaves. The dad has mastered his kitchen career (Food Photographer) and mom is still working hard on her office career (Rocket Scientist). She's a level 6 so hopefully it won't take her too much longer.

Not sure which one will take over the house in the next generation. I choose based on who wants kids the most. wink

Except for that one generation, you're flooded with girls too!

I've got to say that the triplets look a lot like I did when I was a kid! smile

Here is my current family tree (2nd generation) I got twins on my last birth! The oldest is 13, the twins are still being carried, both parents are level 4 in their careers, the mom is a food photographer, and the dad is a publicist.

It's kinda funny cause the only kid from the first generation that looks anything like either parent was adopted lol, and the second generation is a mixed bag even though both parents have dark hair.

Yep, my 1st and 3rd generations are dominated by little boys but other than that I get mostly girls. But I've got my fingers crossed for twin boys since I had triplet girls. wink

Simultaneously press the Home and Power buttons on the iPad (or iPod/iPhone). If your sound isn't muted, you will hear a camera sound and the screen will flash. You can find the captured image in your Photos app on the device,

Except for the odd generation, it seems like we're all getting a lot of girls! In the 2 families that I have going, every generation has more girls than boys. The exception is the generation when I had triplet boys..then 3 girls in a row!

I'm only now finally got to a generation (5th on my first game running) where they have so far had more girls than boys. Their first child was a boy and I feared the it would be mostly boys again. But now they have had 3 girls in a row. In my other 2 games, the kids have all moved out, but one family had 3 boys and the other had a boy, one girl, then twin boys. I'll have to remember to take a screenshot to show everybody my boy-dominated family trees haha.

Here is my the first 4 generations of my first running game.

Technically, one of the girls was adopted (Eva), but one of the boys was too (Comet), so the ratio is still about the same.

Now in my 5th generation, I have 1 boy and 3 girls (as mentioned above), so the girls are finally starting to catch up haha. (Although, this has been by far my most ill behaved group of kids since the first generation! They have tons of things to occupy them and I've been reinforcing good behavior, but these little girls are actually little monsters!)

Second game:

This is the most even group. 6 to 4. Betty was adopted though, making the natural ration 6 to 3. But I must say the second generation with Brie and Franny has been my most ill-behaved group so I'm beginning to think that the little girls in my games are little brats and instigate the rest!

Third game:

Font in the first generation was an adoption via adoption event. Since it's so far already tipped in the boys favor, I'm wondering how this family will turn out over the next few generations. Whether it will balance out or continue the male majority streak that seems to be happening in my games.

And Lewis' glasses reminds me of The Nutty Professor lol.

I almost named Lewis Larry to have them all rhyme. But, I don't know, Lewis just seemed more appropriate.

If you're using a keyboard shortcut (like Printscreen), you'll need to paste them into an image editing program (i.e. MS Paint) and save them.

I am really lucky. I have the mom and she is a rocket scientist. She denied her first marriage proposal and on the second one, the dad was a rocket scientist! And on my first generation too! *PS: I will screenshot my family tree when my screenshot starts working

First of all, I'd like to report that all of my families are still generating more boys than girls. In one of my games, last generation the girls finally overtook the boys by 1 since the couple had 4 girls only. Then, in my current generation, they decided that wouldn't do and the couple literally had 4 boys in a row. Then after several years of persistence trying to get them to have another kid, they finally now have a lone girl. Boys are still back on top though.

Now in my first game, I'm wondering if VF2 genetics are indeed random because the first two little girls are not twins, but have the same head. One is 4 (likely soon to be 5) and the other is 3. More was only born about 10 minutes ago.

I have had the same thing happen to me in both VF1 & VF2. Getting 2 and sometimes 3 kids who were identical looking but not twins or triplets. Maybe the genetics are random at times.

Even funnier is that they had a second boy right after and he looks different, but he was generated with the name "More" as well crazy
