Same thing on the Mac! Buy one bubble maker and the whole neighbourhood have bubbles coming out of where ever the machine was placed. That's a hilarious..... glitz! laugh

Whenever there's a sock or piece of trash in the 3rd bedroom(?) and the attached 2nd bathroom my people won't carry it. They'll pick it up then suddenly put it down and start smelling the room or other actions. They also don't acknowledge when the shower's leaking unless I put them on the tools. Try to get them to notice it and they'll take a shower.

Hi Jami. From what you described, it sounds like your little people think there's something blocking their path between the wrapper/sock and where it needs to go. Even though it was originally written for iOS, I think you'll find Section D #2 in Helpful VF2 iOS Tips & Answers very informative. smile

You are correct, the peeps don't seem to be concerned with malfunctions in the North bathroom. As you discovered, you can get them to fix it anyways. smile

I'll try those.

This last time they wouldn't fix the leaking sink. Started to then suddenly wouldn't. I had to close and reopen the game to get it to stop.

I've also had trouble with getting them to acknowledge/put out dryer fires.

Hm, can't seem to edit my above post.

I tried moving things around. They still won't pick up the sock.

I have done some testing and find that in my game this happens only when I exit a game and leave the bubble machine running.

(Playing desktop version, Vista OS)

Hi Jami, you can edit your post within the first 6 hours of posting it.

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues with the sock. frown Check out this thread and see if it helps.

I don't know if you have both a washer and a dryer, or what the furniture placement is in your peeps house, but I've seen peeps not pick up a sock just because the washer was a wee bit too close to the dryer, even though it looked perfectly fine to me. crazy

Try moving the washer to the middle of the kitchen (or even outside) and if the peeps will pick up the sock then you know for sure it's the washer placement. Otherwise I suggest placing a decor item in the Decor Tray and have a peep try to pick up the sock. If they still can't, add another decor item to the Decor tray and have them try again. Do this for each decor item until either your peeps are able to pick up and dispose of the sock or until you have no furniture/decor items left in the house.

Good luck. smile Please let us know when your peeps can pick up the sock. smile

Apparently the problem was a bookcase in a completely different room. How that works I don't know.

Hi Jami, Glad to hear that you figured it out. smile I'm curious, was the bookcase against a wall where, on the other side of the wall there's a stairway?
