Question, when I go to food and meds shop all I see is food there is no meds. There is no way to scroll down too? Will it stock that when I need it?

Also I see only adult beds not kid beds in buy mode?

Click on the screen when you have the menu up and drag, like how we drag the people around, it will move your items up:)

Like the original VF, the groceries and medications in VF2 are always in stock.

Fruits, vitamins and other goodies rotate in the Flea Market.

To see the children's beds, scroll down past the adult beds and you'll see them.
