Which service handles sales in the game?

I prefer to buy games, rather than "paying" by seeing ads. I'm trying to pay $0.99 to upgrade my sim, and when I ask to do that, I'm taken to a screen where I'm told to enter my password. But it doesn't tell me the password to WHAT! I'm playing on Android -- which service am I meant to be entering my password for?
