Hi - 10/25/20 09:04 PM

I've been told via email it's not possible to reset my game. I've seen others be met with "email us and we'll fix it for you" Anyone else having this?

Hi, Kammi. Were you given a reason for not resetting your game? What device are you playing VF3 on? What was happening in your game that caused you to want to have it reset?

Usually, our customer support team is very accommodating if there is a problem with your game. Even then, they will usually try to correct the problem rather than completely reset the game.

They said:
Thanks for your message!

It's not currently possible to reset the game, but you can evict a family once per game or wait until your current family members pass away!

Then sent a link to help center.

I had a problem with marriage and family tree going wonky. I.e not showing new people just stuck on one member that has already passed away, marriage says yes on one no on the other no matter what.
I had a member Lilesse who the game is stuck on even though she's passed away. Even announcing she's been married instead of the new adoption.

The patch didn't help it just went straight back to being wonky.

I've checked into this a bit more, and it turns out that our customer support team doesn't currently have the capability to do what I suggested. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. We will look at improving our support capabilities, but I can't promise that we'll have a solution any time soon, if at all.

Okay now N/A shows up for one of the married couple's work progress etc. And it still shows one is married the other isnt. Along with the family tree not wanting to stop being stuck on the older member that has already passed away.
