Career Rooms?

What are Career Rooms? I don't seem to have that as an option in my game.

Carreer Rooms are the rooms where your little people work, there are 3 carreer rooms: the Office, the Kitchen, and the Workshop.
In VF3, the workshop needs to be bought as a house upgrade, so you will not get any little people with a workshop carreer until you build it .
