Reincarnation no longer available in chapter 1??

I loaded the android version to my tablet and reincarnation is not available when I open the mausoleum. How can I get this back? I need it to make chiefs because I NEVER get enough healing opportunities in one lifetime and I don't have the perfect villager prize on my spinning wheel. I cannot complete chapter 1 without a chief!

Hello elizaew. Is it possible that the villager you'd like to reincarnate has already been reincarnated 5 times? If so, you may find this thread informative. Don't give up on the prize wheel though as the prizes available vary from spin-to-spin.
