But I am unable to use those. I already did the garden in the middle where the kraken statue was. I’m talking about the 4pots that you fill with potting soil. What goes in them? I try taking master builder, farmer, researcher, healer etc. it just says, soil is dry and infertilized. Do I have to complete something first ? I can’t seem to accomplish anything. Heavy sigh.

Hi kir. Your pots are not yet ready for the items that Keegan mentioned in his reply, and the in-game messaging is giving you an excellent clue as to what you need to do get them ready. Here's another clue:
