help with Dead plant

Gown do you get then Dead plant

My trader wants that too. Am hoping it's gatherable in the next release but for now, nada. Although I would assume that some of the roses, tiger lilies, etc. thatI"ve gathered over the past while are more than dead by now

I’m stuck on the dead plant trade to. It seems that no one has the answer to this. It is the last thing I need to complete this trade cycle. I won’t get offered any more trades until this one is completed. Has anyone figured this out yet? I have been loving the trade boat so far to increase my tech points quicker because it takes soooooo long to wait on research for points.

There is no slot in the craft hut for the dead plant, so how do we collect it?

I haven't gotten to that part yet... but could they possibly be talking about the dead apple tree? Maybe cut it down (if you can)?
