[SPOILERS] Collectibles

I thought the last 'interesting item's collectible would be coloured glass. But I've made all three and I'm still missing the object in the top left corner. Am I missing the item, or did the game glitch?

What you're seeing is a bug in the game. It should be fixed in a future update.
