Second bathrooms not working

I have read all about here and not found an answer....
Why do my second bathrooms not work?
Seems kinda odd to me , Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Perhaps you could explain what it is that doesn't work?
If it's about the shower in the 2nd washroom? Try dropping the person slightly away from it.
