Award Glitch

I got the reward for completing all the collections but I haven't completed them all; still had about 5 bugs to go when I got it. All the other ones were done though.

Also, not a glitch but funny, my little man decided to vacuum the living room. He got the vacuum and proceeded to go outside to vacuum the living room.

Hi keri. Can you check a couple of things for me?

In the Goals screen, what number is shown for insects, nuts/twigs, and skeleton collectibles?

Also, could you check the Collectible screen for each and count the number of insects, nuts/twigs, and skeleton collectibles displayed. Is the number at the bottom of each screen accurate?

Not sure what it showed when it happened but I know I was abou 4 bugs down. Right now bugs - 11
Plants - complete
Bones - complete (I completed plants 1st) got complete all reward when I completed bones

As of now, I show 35/36 collectables and that is accurate. I am missing 1 rare bug. Not sure if I found it and it didn't register or if I didn't find it.

FYI, it did not effect the Goal Collector, it shows 9 out of 10 which is accurate

Hi keri, Thank you for the additional information, we're looking into it.

Does this describe your situation?
- You got the pop-up notification that you completed the "Master collector" goal.
- The "Entomologist" goal is not yet completed because you still need an insect (more than 1 @ the time the goal "fired").
- The "Master collector" goal is marked "Completed"

And I must say I'm loving the game on iPhone! I get to take my family wherever I go! Great game!

Oh, to give a little more info, I had sold my collection once before it happened. Not sure what bugs I had at the time but I know they weren't complete.

Oooooh, thank you for adding that you'd sold your collection. After you sold it, did you happen to notice if the collection screens were emptied and all the numbers in the "counters" went to zero (both on the collection screens and in the appropriate areas on the Goals screen)?

They were emptied but I didn't happen to notice if the collection count zeroed out or not.

Just to give you the conclusion on this, I finally got the last bug (yeah!). I did get the Bug Collector reward again.
