Skills screen, less busy and finely tuned

The skills screen mods that simply have lines running vertically through the entire field look a little busy to me, so I've done one with short black lines instead. You can still see them, but they don't interfere with seeing the big picture at a glance.

I've tested this several ways, and I think that I'm perfectly accurate in this one. If you can still see the line, you aren't there yet. If you can't, you've graduated.
