Very easy to see! The colours are:
Common: Red
Uncommen: Green
Rare: Blue
Additionally, I have added a dot in each item to specify whether it's a relic or a science item - white is relic, black is science.
The mushrooms are also coloured in these colours, although I've never ever, in any of the five games, seen the rarest kind of mushroom.
