Weird glitches

Has anyone had any weird glitches happen on this? Once I had someone in the hot springs just float away and they floated off the map into like this black abyss and I couldn't grab them so she just floated until she died. I have no clue how it happened or how to fix it haha.

We have never had any reports like that before, alcaeos.

How many people were in the hot springs at the time? How many villagers did you have?

Had you changed the Map area to be a black square?

Any information you can provide would be very helpful.

I had a woman with a baby, put her in the hot springs the far left puddle. She never got out and just kept floated left and was floating on the ground, kept going left until off the map. I couldent grab her and she just floated in some black area for some time time until she died. I don't know how it happened I tried recreating it but it has not succeeded so how it happened I don't know.

Do you still see the black area? Can you provide a screen capture?

No I cannot it happened on my other phone and I lost everything on that phone.

So this isn't something that's happening in your current game?

If you see this happen (or anyone reading this) again, please take screen captures as it happens, and note what was happening in the game, and try force closing the game to see if that resolves the issue and returns the villager, unharmed, to the regular areas of the game.
