That link took you to the Portal Page on our forums, because of the aftermath of a forum crash that I described here. That crash resulted in breaking every link in older posts, so I posted a workaround that will take you to the post you were looking for.
I have fixed the link in Heather's post (which was made before the forum crash), so that it works now, but if you need help with any of the puzzles, there are "sticky posts" for each of them at the top of the VV5 forum list. You can find the same kind of help in sticky posts for many of our previous games, as well, by looking at the top of the post list in those forums.
