OK - I'm confused - I've reached level 3 spirituality and have several master builders. When I drop them on the hand thingy I get the message that more tech is needed.confused

Nope. I have several master builders (who also happen to be master devotees) level 3 spirituality and level 3 construction. I believe this to be a bug.

I don't understand, are we the only ones who cannot finish the puzzle 14?
Is it a bug in the game or is it a mistake in the official guide?

Those who did this puzzle, could you please tell us how you did it??

I have four finished tribes and didn't have any trouble with that puzzle. I didn't do anything special and you definitely do not need masters for it. Unfortunately I can't say what you need, because I've never completed this puzzle without already having level 3 in everything. My guess is that you need level 3 science.

I have found this "tip" in getting the yellow masks "away" from the wood faster. I did this on my 2nd tribe.

Put your peeps to building the statue, "not long after" you tear the fence down.
Take a grown-up/nursing mom and get "rascal" in the area between the garden and the steps to the forest. "Not" too close to the statue. Keep clicking on him/her and the statue to check on progress of statue. When they workers quit working that is the farthest you can get til you reach L3 in Spiritual, and I think "all the relics" to finish it. I "haven't gotten all yet in either of my 1st tribe or 2nd tribe.
Then you will have the wood for "all" the building projects "without" worrying about the 2 guards, only rascal.

You do not need all the relics.

You also don't need level 3 in science like I previously thought.

Guide says to have level 3 Spirituality and I do, but the statue keeps saying to get more tech. I'm assuming it requires level 3 Construction too and the guide forgot to mention it?

The official guide had to be sent to the art team before the game was complete, and there are some omissions. That's one of them. blush

Ahh, I see.

So it does require both Spirituality and Construction level 3 before the builders will know what to do?

How did you get all those master builders? The most I have managed is 2 and now one has died! I have about 5 adept builders for ages now?
