[SPOILER] Canary Fire-Arrow???

Aside from being a great cash cow does anyone know what it really does? All it seems to do is give sickness and money. All other magic fish do something for other fish. If anyone know what excately does the canary fire-arrow do please let me know via the forum. Thanks

That fish does exactly what its description indicates. The message that's presented when it is discovered says that it "will most certainly make you a rich fish breeder." That's its purpose. It doesn't affect other fish at all.

i think i know what it does, i've seen postulations about its functions...and one conclusion has been reached, and it seems to be correct..but if it does more than that....
