i have everything researched, but the customers still question what it is! y is that and what can i do???????

There is nothing you can do about the question marks. Even though you have purchased everything, some customers will not be sure that they want to buy a fish.

oh ok! i thought they were questioning what it was! i was wondering y they would say that cause i have everything researched!

I believe they're thinking, "Do I want to buy a fish or not?" or even, "I wonder what this store sells?".
