Wanting a Specific Hair Color

I'm trying to make babies with a specific hairstyle. I love the blonde curly hair the best (pictured below)..and I can't seem to breed a woman like this with a male that will yield this same hairstyle if the baby is a female. Any suggestions on what male to choose at the beginning of the game for this?
