Questions about Puzzle #2 (contains spoilers)

i cleared the debris and i found a rock that might help, any ideas??

What skills? and what level I have one villager and I can't get him to do anything with the thing hidden.

What does the message area say when you drop your villager there? Are you sure you have found the right spot?

I have the same problem! mine says it is too heavy!

Esther, what sort of skill would a villager have who needed to do heavy lifting?

I apparently fail at this game. Can someone explain this in better detail to me?

i'm stuck.. i already cleared the debris under the waterfall..
and there's water around the big tree...
but that's it..
no water in the pool, no water in the river by the banana tree...
i have level 2 in everything.. and 3 people already mastered farming, building and reserching..
when i put villager at the hidden rock near the fire they do nothing...
so please help..

I cleared the rubble and got the keystone the stream was diverted and I did puzzles 3 4 and 5 but now when I GO ON IT ALL THE RUBBLE IS BACK and I have to clear again before I can do the Frog puzzle is this a glitch

It's not a bug. The debris builds back up constantly.

I put a master builder and master researcher on the rock and it still can't be moved. What am I missing?

It is good that it builds back up because this gives us a way to always be able to train new villagers to be builders.

In past games, the only thing to do if you wanted a new villager to attain build skill was repair huts. And it didn't really work. They'd walk around, or lounge around most of the time :P

That means you need to make sure the villager my female villager moved the keystone no problem.

I SO agree with you RoseRed!! I like my villages to last a long time, even if I've solved all of the puzzles (trophy page a BIG plus in VV4!) and trying to get peeps up to Master level in building was frustrating!

Yeah, it's a bit of a pain to have to keep removing debris, but I'd much rather have this than 5 villagers trying to repair the same hut!

You really have to think when playing this game: The debris is at 40%. The building is 95% done. Where do I use my villagers most effectively?

If you let the stream obstruction build back up, do you have to complete the other puzzles again??

I am new to the game and the forum. The debris is cleared but what is the keystone? The waterfall stoped running.

Read the earlier posts in this thread. There are several about the keystone.

Ifound nothing about the keystone. I went through all the posts. Can you not just tell me?

I have tried taking a master builder and a master scientist to the rock and it keeps telling me that it requires calculations. Anyone know what I am missing?

An Adept is enough but he/she must be adept in the both skills: Scientist and Builder!!

how can i do calculations? to move the rock?

Arnie, you could actually give a little more of a clue without giving everything away. You wrote, clearly enough: Nevertheless, my problem was that I read that and translated it to That's not exactly what you wrote.

Your villager has to be an adept in Building and Research(Adept Builder AND Adept Scientist).Its because it ''Requires Calculations'' and the stone is heavy though.lol

I don’t know if this will post after so many years, but I can’t find it. I see all of the hints. The only thing I see similar to one of the hints is the area where the waterfall meets the tree. But not the ocean. Is it some place there??

If I understand correctly, once the obstruction has been cleared the water will surround the tree. Head to where the waterfall USED to end and you will find the keystone. Drag a villager who is both an adept builder AND an adept scientist to the stone and they will plug the hole to the left of the tree thus restoring the normal flow of the stream. I hope this helped!
