Assuming you are talking about Virtual Families, do you want all of your females to look exactly like the one pictured below? The same face and the same hair?

First someone would have to make it for you and then upload it as an attachment to the Virtual Families Mod Forum.

I wish I could make the head mod that you're requesting cloudyautumn. Unfortunately I do not have the time it would require to replace the 196 rows of female heads with the head that you want (there are 4 different head files that would need to be modded). I'm sorry.

You might ask some of the other forum members who have an interest in head mods.
