VV5 New Believers screen issues

My display resolution is 1920x1080. The game comes up fine, but I cannot get my cursor to reach the bottom buttons of the game, like the menu button. It like stops like there is an invisible barrier there. I've tried other resolutions, tried full screen/no full screen. I still am having the issue.
Any ideas?
