VF3 Email Updates Error

Hi all! I've been occasionally trying to sign up for email updates on Virtual Families 3 for Android. Every time I do though I get an error message and it doesn't work. I recall someone else mentioning this issue so I know it's not just me. Does anyone know why this is? I copied and pasted the error page below.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@ldw.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Just wanted to mention that i have also experienced this problem on IOS, of course i can just check here regularly but i would appreciate it if i would receive an email.

P.S. Please dont let this matter slow down the game, i cant wait to play it and would rather not receive an email than have the progress slowed thx

Nope, it's not a problem that will slow down the game progress. I'll look into this further this coming week and see if we can't nip that little error and get it to scamper off into the woods!
