Help! VV4 Problem

Help! VV4 Problem - 02/17/11 06:19 PM

Thought I would replay VV4 again.


Doing OK till I closed the game earlier.
I am disabled and needed a nap!

Now the game .app will not open at all.
Playing on Intel iMac using OS X.4.11

Not able to download again to reinstall as it says link no longer working.

Any ideas?
Or shall I contact Primus to ask to get as a new download
link?

Even worse now.
File now says it is incomplete--help!

Have checked FAQ and have plenty of VRAM.
Or a USB problem.

I'm sorry that you're having problems with VV4. Although Plimus can provide you with an active download link, they cannot offer any technical support for our games, so you did the right thing by posting here.

Did you get any kind of error when you closed the game (like a crash or OS X message)? We really need to know exactly what any error messages are in order to determine what kind of help you need. When you say that the file says it is incomplete, where is that message coming from and what is the exact wording?

No no error, the .app just will not open.
When I closed it earlier it shut normally.

And after I posted I tried again but then the message was the file is incomplete.

I miss my little people!!

If the application file has become damaged somehow, then you will need to re-download the game. Since you're a Mac user, you will need to have your download link reset by submitting our Support Form. If the game won't run once you have downloaded it again, please post back here for additional help. smile

Initially the game file was OK so I posted here.

Have sent the info to Customer Support.
