I have a new hard drive and I downloaded VV4 but i Need akey code or something. I purchased this game and 2 others altogether and I need help that I did already purchase these @lol. Thanks

I have VF2 on my iPad and am having fun with it, thanks for your work. I don't know if it's just me or if there's a glitch but I'm trying to get the award for praising someone for pulling a weed but no matter what I do, the program won't let me get the award. My little people pull the weed and then they are done on the spot without taking it to the recycle bin. I praised them when their status said pulling a weed but all I get is the little rainbow saying I praised them and the award is not registering. Help?

The game was just updated today, and that's one of the things we fixed. If you update your game on the App Store, you'll be able to complete that goal. YAY

Hi, I just purchased VF2 via LDW. I downloaded it and then for some reason my Antivirus (Norton360) declared it as unsafe and removed it. I will now re-download it (with Norton's turned off). I thought you should know about this as it is most likely going to affect others. Not sure why it would have done this.

Hello Wildlilly! I have seen reports of this false positive before, and I'm in contact with Symantec (the maker of Norton anti-virus) to remove it, but it would be very very helpful if you could give me the exact message(s) that you receive. We have to provide that information to Symantec smile

I just bought VV5, I am able to play but when it comes to looking at details or menu, I can't click on them. My mouse won't even touch it. I have all the other VV games and I don't have this problem.

I have Virtual Villagers origins 2 the Steam version. My vines are no longer regenerating. I need to be able to make rope, as I do not want to purchase the Lemur.

Hi Connie! Thanks for making us aware of this. Please send us a message through the support feature in your game - this will enable us to take a look at your save game.

To do this, tap/click the 'gear' icon and then 'Help' or email support@ldw.zendesk.com directly (but make sure to include your User ID, found in the Options menu, in this case).
